History of yesterday! A long time ago, in 1878, a young man named Iliya Rabchev left his family in Bulgaria and went to France,
to study the secrets of wine-making. Four years later Iliya returned to the village of Byala Cherkva and founded the Rabchev wine cellar.
Soon the “Rabchev” family cellar becomes the largest producer of wines and spirits in the region.
The original wine cellar in 1941 Mama Anna is on the window and the father, grandfather and grandfather of Lyuben Rabchev are in front of the cellar.
History of today! A few decades later, another youngster, Luben Rabchev (fifth generation “Rabchev”) also left Bulgaria and went to America,
where he studied wine and business. After 40 years in America, Luben returned to Bulgaria and founded the Seven Generations wine cellar.
The “Seven Generations” Winery produces wines from the Cabernet Sauvignon,
Cabernet Franc and Merlot in classical technology, passed down from generation to generation.
Luyben and Joe invites you to visit a complex of seven generations and enjoy the amazing atmosphere and wines
